The KALTENBACH Group announces important global strategic decisions and realignments. As of September Stephan Toxopeüs takes over the company's global leadership. He succeeds Markus Leutloff, who will continue to support the company as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition.

New strategic approaches and focus

In response to evolving market demands, KALTENBACH is committed to transitioning into a full-service provider of steel processing solutions. We recognize the increased demand among our customers for integrated, comprehensive solutions. KALTENBACH’s product development will address this shift by offering a range of interconnected systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness in steel processing. 

Furthermore, KALTENBACH plans to reinforce our traditional core markets in Europe by enhancing our sales and service operations and serve the US and Chinese market with a “local for local” approach. The company aims to expand its reach while ensuring that market partners are central to its activities. This involves providing heightened support and collaboration, improving service performance and customer satisfaction. The new strategic approach will be a key driver of the KALTENBACH Group to deliver superior service performance, drive innovation, and ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and tailored solutions to their challenges.
